Montbriac kaas met champignons in port

-1/2 bakje champignons(kleintjes)-3 bosuitjes-1 el boter-2 a 3 el rode port-zout en peper-1/2 zakje veldsla-2 ons Montbriac kaas.

Veeg of borstel de champignons schoon en snijd ze in plajes.In een pan de boter verhitten en de champignns op hoog vuur in ongeveer 2 minuten bakken.De uitjes toevoegen en nog circa 1 minuut meebakken.Port,zout en peper aan de champignons toevoegen en afgedekt 5 minuten zachtjes laten stoven.Intussen veldsla over 4 borden verdelen.De kaas in 12 plakjes snijden.De champignons over de veldsla verdelen.Op de champignons steeds 3 plakjes rangschikken.Serveren met bruinstokbrood.
